I want all my customers to love their Jeanene Stein Giclee Limited Edition Prints.  If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will accept the return of your limited edition print within 15 days of your purchase.  You will be refunded the full amount of the purchase. However, a 20% charge will apply to offset the costs of handling valuable materials

Please notify Jeanene Stein Studio for return authorization prior to returning any print.  When returning the print please pack the art carefully in the same tube that you received it,  insure it and return to:
